Hundreds of tools and instruments are on the market to assist with selection of people and developing employees. Management Resource Group’s assessment tools are thoroughly evaluated for reliability and validity for specific use. We confirm our perception for endorsement with an independent, third party evaluator such as The Buros Institute or the American Psychological Association. Be assured assessment tools recommended by the Management Resource Group will assist your organization in making better hiring decisions or provide valuable information to maximize the development of your current employees.

Management Resource Group has invested significant time and resources to locate and partner with the best business consultants in the area. Our resident business psychologist, Dr. Larry McCallum, and a trained staff of consultants administer and evaluate the assessment tools MRG represents. Your MRG consultant will recommend tools appropriate for your needs and will support utilization of these tools in your organization.

Process…

MRG has developed detailed administration processes to deliver our tools. There are two basic administration paths – online and proctored. Results of tools administered online are returned to MRG, immediately processed, and provided in a timely manner. Some additional interpretations may require a psychologist feedback.

Tools that require a proctored environment are coordinated through MRG’s assessment manager to arrange a convenient time and location. Local candidates can utilize our Davenport or Cedar Rapids offices; however, it is very common to administer instruments to out of town candidates with one of our CPI partners. The integrity of the instrument can only be assured if the proctoring protocol and requirements are maintained to the satisfaction of our staff and the instrument developer. Security is maintained from MRG to the company who holds responsibility to ensure assessment results are treated as private and personal information.
